1. Kristin Halbrook @ YA Highway says:
“I was drawn in by the tension, by Kid’s voice, by a sweet and slowly-revealed romance and, especially, by the twist at the end.” Read the full review

2. Steph Su @ Steph Su Reads says: The Unidentified is smart, well-written, and suspenseful, the perfect example of what dystopian literature should be: a fully realized and recognizable world without forgoing characterization and plot.” Read the full review

3. Anna @ Anna Reads says: The Unidentified frightens and fascinates simultaneously and SHOULD give you the heebie-jeebies. It got me feeling all It’s a Wonderful Life-y. By the end, you want to change your very bad habits, toss away your iPhone, shun commercialism and do anything you can to prevent this sort of future from happening.” Read the full review

4. Lucy @ The Reading Date says: The Unidentified “is a smart dystopian book with punchy dialogue written with original slang that is a relevant commentary on privacy and consumer issues faced today. With so many vacancies in shopping malls and budget cuts plaguing schools today it makes me wonder if this type of society could occur.” Read the full review

5. Liyana @ LiyanaLand says: The Unidentified “works its quiet magic and left me quietly holding my breath, not quite gasping but breathless and contemplative about this world we live in.” Read the full review

6. Debbie @ Debbie’s World of Books says: “This book definitely crept up on me. I started off thinking it wasn’t going to grab me and next thing you know I could not put it down.” Read the full review

7. Carolina @ Carolina Valdez Miller says: “…one of the coolest aspects of this book is the voice, which felt so genuine, so sharp, I could hear it in my head as if it were being spoken aloud.” Read the full review

8. Becky @ Bookworm Boulevard says: “I love that The Unidentified challenges us to think. To think about popularity, and fashion, and corporate America, and what it means to have an identity. The ideas that this book tackles are so big and so real that it’s impossible to read it without fully engaging your brain – and that’s a good thing.” Read the full review

9. Nely @ All About {n} says: The Unidentified was unputdownable.” Read the full review

10. Julia @ Julia FM says: “The questions that this book raised lingered with me long after I put it down, as did the characters and the world it was set in. Riding out the highs and lows with Kid, I felt heartbroken at her hurt and betrayal and exuberant for her triumphs. Though I couldn’t help but wish there was a little more to the end of the story, not because the author left any bases uncovered, but selfishly because I didn’t feel like I was ready to leave it behind.” Read the full review
