Mandy Moore Joins the Cast Of The Darkest Minds

Yep you heard it right, Mandy Moore is joining Amandla Stenberg in Fox’s adaptation of The Darkest MindsMinds is set after a pandemic kills most of America’s children and teenagers. When some survivors develop various superpowers, they are deemed too dangerous for society, taken from their families and placed inside internment camps. Moore, who recently received a Golden Globe nomination for her work in NBC’s This is Us, will play an altruistic doctor and fervent member of a crusade that wants to put a stop to the persecution of the children.

Jennifer Aniston Joins The Cast Of Dumplin’

Jennifer Aniston is about to become the YA beauty pageant mom of your dreams. News recently broke that Aniston has been cast as a former beauty queen in the upcoming big-screen adaptation of Julie Murphy’s YA novel Dumplin. Aniston will play Rosie, the mother of plus-size Texas teen Willowdean, who aspires to win a local pageant in her town of Clover City.

Eddie Redmayne And The Fantastic Beasts Audiobook

Eddie Redmayne is back at it in the  Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them audiobook. The actor, who played magizoologist Newt Scamander in the film, will once again be slipping into the role as he narrates the fictional textbook (which is penned by his character) upon which the planned film franchise is based. Cara Delevinge Is Writing A Book

Cara Delevigne just announced her debut novel, Mirror, Mirror. The book tells the story of Red, Leo, Naima, and Rose, four 16-year-old bandmates (and friends) whose lives completely change when Naima dies. She leaves behind only the word “Sorry.” Attempting to cope with the loss of their friend, Rose begins partying and Leo goes into dark moods, while Red attempts to find out not only how she missed the warning signs, but also what secret Naima was hiding, and who (or what) could be responsible for her death. Colton Hayes Joins The Cast Of Simon Vs The Homo Sapiens Agenda

MORE GOOD NEWS SIMON FANS! Colton Haynes has *officially* joined the cast of Simon Vs The Homo Sapiens Agenda. The Teen Wolf star is the newest edition to the star studded cast including Nick Robinson, Jennifer Garner, Katherine Langford, Logan Miller, and Alexandra Shipp. Haynes will be playing Kevin, the college cutie who picks up Simon in a bar.
