Book Description

My name is Chloe Saunders and my life will never be the same again.

All I wanted was to make friends, meet boys, and keep on being ordinary. I don't even know what that means anymore. It all started on the day that I saw my first ghost—and the ghost saw me.

Now there are ghosts everywhere and they won't leave me alone. To top it all off, I somehow got myself locked up in Lyle House, a "special home" for troubled teens. Yet the home isn't what it seems. Don't tell anyone, but I think there might be more to my housemates than meets the eye. The question is, whose side are they on? It's up to me to figure out the dangerous secrets behind Lyle House . . . before its skeletons come back to haunt me.

Finally! A Canadian book getting more fame! This was probably one of the best books of all time, especially because it's Canadian. Did you know that this book was nominated for the Red Maple Awards in 2011? Probably not! So many YA books written by Canadian authors are so underrated, yet so amazing!

I absolutely love this series, its amazing. But I do wish there would've been more books( that's a compliment) because the story was so good.

I just bought the series on my mom's kindle. Can't wait to read it!

This series is one of my favorites. So worth reading and I love how the new series ties into this one. I love Kelly Armstrong!

i love it.i love the werewolf guy too.

This series is great. It's almost a different writing style than The Gathering, but it still ties in.

True. But this trilogy (Darkest Powers) was written Before the Gathering, so technically, The Gathering is written in a different style.

Amazing book!!! 5 stars...

this the most wonderful book - and the series- that would leave you wanting more! its a must read on any occasion, it has what any "fic- fan" would want to read! it has mystery, romance, and best of all deadly secrets! the battle for freedom begins here :0
