NOT TWILIGHT! The writing was rambling, the characters were bipolar and the plot was terrible! It was more of one of those feel good fairy tales than a real book. In Twilight there is no real loss, just the threat of it, in other books there is actual loss (Like Prim being bombed in The Capitol during Mockingjay). Bella is just like the fairy tale princess that everything ends up perfect for! She never actually worked for anything! The movies were better just because it condensed it and made it ramble less, but it still wasn't very good. Though, if I have to give her something, it's Jasper and Alice. She should have written the books about them <3!

taken by storm is the last book in a series. its a great romance .but i love that it isnt just love love love . theres action, friendship, werewolves ghosts and kept me on the edge of my seat! its great. i devoured the book. & i recomend it to everyone. its soooooo sooo great. all the books are. the last one is truely the best. one of the greatest books ive ever read. its heart breaking, intense and kept me reading. theres not a boring sentence in that whole novel!!! go read it!!

Oh man that's a tough question, but the first thought my brain went to was Pride and Prejudice. I could read that book a million times and still never get bored. I think the themes are still really relevant to today and I think it's one of those great classic romances that every generation sort of "re-discovers" which is fantastic. Long live Pride and Prejudice!

Plus the movie version with Kiera Knightley was pretty amazing....

So with you on the 'not Twilight' thing. I have to say, one of my favorites (not sure if it's my all time favorite) is the romance in GRAFFITI MOON by Cath Crowley. I love that book to pieces and since I'm also an artist, I really appreciated all the art references.
