Here's how it will work: list the country and then the book with the full title and author that is set in that country. Please only select YA books you know for sure take place in that particular country.

The Fault in Our Stars by John Green has numerous scenes in Amsterdam.

Part of the book is okay!

One of the Vampire Academy book is in Russia. Blood Promise, I think. And The Gathering Storm by Robin something...

Kite Runner is set in the Middle East. Starts in Afghanistan, but it moves around. So you could use this for the Middle East portion of the map.
