See the Heartstopping Cover of ‘Imagine Me,’ the Final Book in the Shatter Me Series

Imagine Me: Cover reveal banner

Last week, Tahereh Mafi (superstar author of the Shatter Me series, if you don’t know by now) attended our second annual Epic Reads Day, where she talked with fans about her writing, her characters, her fashion, and—oh, brought an incredible surprise with her!

WE GOT AN EARLY LOOK AT THE COVER FOR IMAGINE ME!

We apologize if you weren’t able to attend this year (guess you better start keeping an eye out for 2020…), but we are so excited to finally share the cover with the world. In the final book of the series, Juliette—who now goes by Ella—and Warner must confront their pasts in order to secure their future… together. With Juliette Ella knowing the truth about her family, her world, and her own identity, the lines between right and wrong are beginning to blur.

It’s the final book for real this time, and the day of reckoning for the Reestablishment is coming. But will she get to choose which side she fights on?

Cue the drumroll, and let’s see the beauty that is Imagine Me!

COVER REVEAL

Imagine Me: Cover

  • Design by: Jenna Stempel-Lobell
  • Art by: Colin Anderson (eyepiece design by Morten Lasskogen).

So… what do you think? Isn’t this the most stunning cover you’ve ever seen?! It truly feels like the crown jewel of our entire Shatter Me collection.

And thanks to Tahereh stopping by for Epic Reads Day, we have a fun little about the cover that we want to share with you, too! This was brought up by Elizabeth Acevedo, who Tahereh Mafi was in conversation with on Thursday—and for whom this reveal was a surprise to as well. Elizabeth called attention to that killer tagline: “Hello, world. You won’t forget me.” Tahereh shared that the tagline is meant to parallel with a line from the very first Shatter Me novel, in which Juliette says, “Hello. World. You will forget me.” We screamed. Reader, we have so many feelings.
